About Practically

Practically is India’s first experiential learning app designed to make learning immersive for students of classes 6-12 using advanced technology features such as Augmented Reality (AR), Simulations, Scan Anything, and 3D videos with a focus on STEM subjects.

With over 1.5 Million users on Android and iOS combined, Practically is disrupting the way students learn.

The Challenge

  • Practically App has a wide range of features helping students achieve academic success. Most of the newly installed users are not fully aware of these features and not leveraging the app to its fullest. Onboarding a new user seamlessly while educating about the app features and the value so that the users visit frequently in the first week of app install was a challenge. Practically team knew retaining new users requires habit formation which requires multiple touch points to bring back and engage the users.
  • New-user onboarding journeys to orchestrate omnichannel campaigns to educate and encourage the users to explore the app features.
  • Tactical schedule and frequency of communications via Push notifications, In-app messaging, and Email channels to bring back the user more frequently within the first week of app-install.
